Dave Schutter | Senior Pastor
Dave has served as Senior Pastor of NPC since 2007. Whether through preaching, leading a group or a personal conversation, Dave's ministry passion is to explore God's word and seek to understand how the message of Jesus applies to every area of life. Dave grew up in Cleveland and was glad to return to the Buckeye State to receive the moral support every Cleveland Indians fan needs. Dave attended Wheaton College, graduated from Miami University and Covenant Seminary. Dave lives in Dublin with his wife Kim and their three children Jonathan, Luke and Anika. Since 1997 he has served as a church planter, staff pastor and in Afghanistan as a US Army Chaplain. Dave is pursuing a ThM in Historical Theology at Westminster Seminary's London Campus.
Nate Conrad | Associate Pastor
Nate has served in the PCA for 20 years in the areas high school ministry, young adult ministry, pastoral care, teaching, preaching and leadership development. He studied at Wheaton College, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Covenant Theological Seminary. He works with staff, elders, deacons and other lay leaders to help foster spiritual formation in the church community through training, small group replication, one-on-one meetings, and group discipleship. His desire is to see more men and women take on ministry leadership by investing in gospel-centered relationships. Nate enjoys being outside in every possible way: hiking, mountain biking, camping, gardening, snowshoeing, and ice climbing. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kara, and three daughters: Natalie, Amy and Lindsey.
Drew Wilkins | Assistant Pastor
Drew works with the students and families of NPC, and heads up Stillwater, the high school and middle school ministry of the church. Drew met his wife, Lindsey, while working as summer youth interns in 2004, and the two of them have been studying and practicing ministry together ever since. They had their first little one, Anna, in 2013, and their twins, Story and Cæd, in 2015.. Drew loves exploring the story of Scripture, and finding new and creative ways to live it out in the world. He also enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, finding local restaurants, soaking in Scripture, jumping off of things, and discovering new adventures. Drew attended Cairn University and the University of Maryland for his undergraduate degree, and then Covenant Theological Seminary for his Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Counseling.
